Learning is Playing

The youth exchange took place in Mezobereny, Hungary, between the 18th-28th November 2021. From each partner country were selected motivated young participants aged 18-24 years old, out of which three participants/country encountered different obstacles that made their participation in the project more difficult. All the working methods were participatory and non-formal, with group leaders and facilitators guiding youths in their learning process. The young people taking part in this youth exchange got familiar with storytelling, critical thinking, and problem-solving and developed team collaboration skills and creativity.

Objectives achieved

Forty young participants from Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Czechia used improvisation theatre to develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and team collaboration competencies to higher their employment perspectives.

The 40 young participants have increased self-confidence and adaptation to various environments to be prepared for professional and personal lives.

The partner organisations increased their capacities to plan, organise and implement a youth exchange focusing on creative means to develop competencies required by the new realities of the labour market.
