‱ If you are the applicant: your first name and last name, gender, date of birth, country, e-mail address, city, phone number, link to Facebook/Instagram profile, dietary requirements, allergies or medical requirements, your descriptions on why would you like to take part in our project, your experience/skills with activities relating to the project and how would you like to improve these, your description of potential contribution to the project, your experience with Erasmus+, your level of English speaking skills,

‱ If you are the parent of an applicant who is younger than 16 years of age: your name, last name and email address. We will ask for your consent to process your child’s personal data as well as yours in accordance with this privacy policy.


Photographs and Videos


We have photographs and videos on our website, social network websites and YouTube, as well as in our brochures or newsletters. These are photographs and videos of the participants in our projects and activities, or of staff members, co-workers, group leaders, etc. These photographs and videos help us to promote our activities and projects and create visibility for us, as well as for non-formal learning, international volunteering and the Erasmus+ programme in general. These photographs and videos are by no means for commercial purposes.

As a rule, we ask all our project participants to provide us with a GDPR consent before we publish any materials with their personal data (including photos or videos). However, you will always have the right to request the deletion of photographs or videos in which you appear.

We only keep your personal information for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing. In case of our projects, this is usually 3 or 5 years of compulsory archiving time after the project closure.

We will not sell, rent or lease any of your details to third parties. You also have the right to data portability – in other words, you may require that your data should be transmitted to another data controller.
