Légáramlat is proud to have been the official Hungarian partner organisation in the international Erasmus+ youth exchange Young Entrepreneurs in Action, hosted in the breathtaking mountain area of Izvoare, Romania.
For eight inspiring days, 52 enthusiastic young people from Hungary, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, and the Republic of Moldova came together to explore entrepreneurship, creativity, teamwork, and personal growth. Surrounded by nature, they formed a multicultural community that quickly turned into a dynamic space for learning, experimenting, and building new ideas.
Young Entrepreneurs in Action was a 7-day Erasmus+ mobility designed to strengthen young people’s entrepreneurial mindset and prepare them to navigate challenges with confidence, resilience, and creativity.
Through practical workshops, interactive missions, reflective activities, and team-based challenges, participants learned how to take initiative, solve problems, work across cultures, and transform their ideas into action.
The atmosphere remained relaxed and friendly, yet the learning was meaningful: new leaders emerged, teamwork improved, and participants gained a deeper understanding of their abilities and potential.
To empower young people to become proactive, innovative, and responsible citizens who can bring positive change to their communities.
Develop an entrepreneurial mindset through non-formal, engaging methods
Strengthen leadership, critical thinking, and productivity skills
Encourage creativity and teamwork in multicultural settings
Equip participants with tools for designing and implementing innovative ideas
The youth exchange brought together 52 participants aged 16–21, each bringing their own experiences, perspectives, and ambitions.
Among them were aspiring entrepreneurs, students, creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and young people eager to explore their interests and learn something new.
What united them was a shared curiosity and the desire to grow, collaborate, and shape their ideas into something real.
The first day focused on getting to know one another. Through energisers, games, and cultural sharing, participants quickly bonded and laid the foundation for an open, cooperative atmosphere that lasted throughout the project.
Participants explored the purpose of the Youthpass certificate—recognising personal learning, personal development, and new skills gained during the exchange. It encouraged reflection on competencies such as communication, teamwork, and digital awareness.
An interactive workshop on alcohol and drug prevention helped participants reflect on their choices, become aware of risks, and learn strategies for maintaining both physical and mental wellbeing.
A Transformative Journey in Izvoare
During the Young Entrepreneurs in Action exchange, participants immersed themselves in a wide range of activities designed to strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset and practical skills. They began by exploring the core qualities of entrepreneurship—curiosity, responsibility, resilience, and initiative—through discussions and hands-on tasks. Creativity and problem-solving came to life in the Entrepreneurship Theatre, where real business scenarios were acted out and tackled with humour, negotiation, and quick thinking.
Workshops on entrepreneurial competences, personal productivity, and effective pitching helped participants identify their strengths, overcome procrastination, and communicate ideas with clarity and confidence. Through reflective exercises, they also discovered how personal values shape meaningful business initiatives. Innovation was further boosted in the SCAMPER workshop, where simple ideas were transformed into fresh concepts through creative teamwork.
One of the most transformative moments was the Start-Up Market Simulation. In a lively, high-energy environment, teams developed business concepts, created prototypes, and pitched to “investors,” gaining firsthand experience of thinking under pressure. One idea showed such promise that its creators continued developing it after the exchange—proof that Erasmus+ inspires real, lasting action.
Beyond entrepreneurship, cultural understanding thrived during two intercultural evenings. Teams from Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Hungary (represented by Légáramlat), Czechia, and Slovakia shared traditions, music, food, and stories, strengthening friendships and celebrating the richness of European diversity.
As the exchange came to a close, participants left with new skills, new confidence, and new international connections. The farewell was not a goodbye, but a “see you again,” as the impact of the experience continues in the ideas, collaborations, and motivation the young participants carry forward.
